FINE ART BY
SHARON RADLEY
Sharon Radley's work spans a variety of mediums and subject matter. Her art belongs to private collections throughout the nation as well as Japan, Zimbabwe and Australia. The diversity of Radley's work lends itself to her practice of choosing personal and familiar images to "play" with the elements for the sake of composition. An art teacher of over twenty years, Radley finds this philosophy to be successful in teaching as well.

Waupaca's scenic environment serves as a source of inspiration for Radley's paintings. The following seven paintings are of the beautiful Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca, WI. The Chain O' Lakes has 22 crystal clear glacial lakes known as the Kilarnies of Wisconsin.
The painting to above is of Browns Point looking at Round Lake from Mc Crossen Lake. This painting was sold on commission.

This painting is of Lime Kiln Lake looking towards Round Lake on the Chain O' Lakes, Waupaca, WI.

This painting is of Columbia Lake.

This painting is of Sunset Lake on the Chain O' Lakes.

This painting is of Rainbow Lake taken from The Wisconsin Veterans Home on Grandview Road.

This painting is of a rain cloud over Government Island taken from Taylor Lake.

Ms. Radley toured Connemara in Ireland and studied under the tutelage of
international artist Paul Millichip, at Ballinakill Studio.
She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree and studied art history in Europe

Included in Radley's portfolio are watercolor illustrations of children's themes brought to her art while her son was an infant. Since that time, many of these were selected for publication by Heart Steps Card Company.
